Anytime you have a business that's open to the public, you need insurance. With a business where you're selling things to eat, you need larger liability coverage than if you were just covering events like someone falling and getting hurt.

I would buy insurance to protect you from an accidental fire or a theft, also in case a customer/employee falls and hurts themself.
