It might be better if you don't live to close to a person that you are dating because you might get tired of seeing them and people will be too much in your business. You want to have a chance to miss the person and have them miss you! When you do see each other, sparks will fly.

It's not a bad thing...there's just a lot of chances that things are not going to work out.

Honestly hun, I don't think you should be dating at the age of 8th grade...I mean, that's wayyy too young...have fun now and worry about guys when you turn 18 or 20!

But either way...that's yours and your parents business...

To answer your question, I don't think it's a good idea to date someone not near you or in your school when youre in 8th grade or even in 9th. You need to be mature enough, which don't take in any offence, youre probably not because I most definately wasnt!

There's a lot of chances of immature arguments and the chance of a friendship being ruined too!--especially becuase youre at such a young age.

However, at the end, it's your choice and your life.

--Remember, at such a young age, I think it'd be best if you'd drop the dating and stayed at friendships!

You have a whole life ahead of you where you'll recieve many chances to find someone special-the love of your life! Don't sweat the boyfriends at such a young age!

It's not up to anyone to say whether it's right or wrong for you. Only you can decide if it good or not. You have a mind of you own, don't let anyone change your own mind because if you do then they are changing your other mind... When I was in school I made it a rule not to date anyone in the same school as me and I lived by that rule...

No it is not a bad idea, but it can be hard for you two to keep in touch especially if you dont have your own transportation. But heres some comforting news....what is meant to be will happen.

I think there's nothing bad about it. When you are in love... absence makes the heart grow fonder as well as distance...doesn't really matter. Your feelings for each other will defy the distance between you. Okey?
