We have to write a paper about the movie March of the Penguins. for the first half of the paper, we had to talk about our personal reaction to the movie (emotional reaction), then the 2nd half we had to analyze the movie from a scientific standpoint.

then we have to answer this question: Compare and contrast your personal and scientific viewpoints. How do you balance or integrate those two different types of viewpoints within your own mind?

Can someone interpret that question for me? I don't understand it.

What is your general understanding of your personal and scientific viewpoints?

My advice to you is to write down your scientific and personal viewpoints, compare and then contrast them.
