Im not worried about losing the weight, I started at 120, up to 172 and back down to 135 already.
I was just wondering what I had to look forward to.....

hey, i put on 50 aswell. My baby was a fairly big baby too.. 9Ib 7oz. I was just over 19pounds lighter when i left hospital though so i guess thats a fair loss in a week. But it has taken me forever to lose the rest. Although i probably havnt tried as much as i should have i am still about 11pounds heavier than before i was pregnant and it has been almost 14months since i had my little boy. I am hoping that next time i wont gain that much weight, and i eat alot healthier than i did the first time. I ate heaps healthy, but gave in to alot of my cravings too. The less i put on will be the less i have to lose afterwards and its so hard to lose. it sucks really.

I gained about 30 pounds. It doesnt always matter how much u gained this time around, but you should be careful of what you eat and be sure to exercise after the baby is born, the sooner you exercise during your first 6 weeks, the quicker the weight seems to come off.

If you wan't to attain weight, and construct muscle. You do not wan't to only over devour with junk meals. This will without doubt makeyou fatter, and bad. But if you happen to wan't to attain muscle you are going to need to drink a few prime protein drink's, shakes, meals. Peanut Butter & Jelly I consider could be a well begin. The Peanut Butter will furnish you with Protein, at the same time the Jelly has lot's of High Fructose, and Sugars, to support positioned of the load. You would possibly wan't to assess out a few low cost CVS Pharmacy over-the-counter forms of average herb drugs to support help the muscular tissues. I are not able to consider of any names of those forms, however I do recognize they exist, I've heard of individuals taking them, and had well outcome whilst taken typically.

No! it all depends on how you eat and how you excerzie. You just have to learn how to control what you eat. I walked all the time with my last pregnancy and almost lost all my weight i gained. And when i walked all the time i didnt really watch what i ate, so that was nice. Walking is the best way and during the cold times i walked in the mall. Good Luck!

I gained 49 lbs. You may probably gain about the same. If your eating habits and such is about the same. Each pregnancy is different though. I know my mom always said she gained the most with my brothers and hardly anything with me. I think it just depends on the pregnancy.
