Ninjas have skills. They have cool weapons (throwing stars, samurai swords, smoke bombs), they can use martial arts, they are one with the shadows, they can use stealth to get people. They are damn cool! Plus there are way more fictional characters made after ninjas than pirates!
Pirates... anyone with a bandana, a cutlass & a parrot can be a pirate. Pirates are lame. Plus you need a ship and there's no skill in piracy. Ninjas use skill.

Ninja, for a number of reasons.
1. Black is always in fashion. Compare the sleek lines of the ninja suit to the foppish patchwork of the pirate costume.
2. Read Sodomy and the Pirate Tradition by B.R. Burg. I need say no more on that subject.
3. Pirates are illiterate.
4. Pirates are dirty.
5. Pirates talk in a silly voice.
6. Ninjas have BOTH hands.
7. Ninjas have BOTH eyes.
8. Ninjas have BOTH legs.
9. Ninjas often use birds to carry secret messages across long distances, whereas the pirate's bird simply sits on his shoulder and squawks.

I think ninja's are cooler. Anybody could be a pirate. Pirates are bullies and use guns and brute force to get what they want. Ninjas are stealth and can have you down before you even know what's coming. It takes practice and years to become a ninja whereas it just takes a greedy brute man to become a pirate. Besides, a ninja could probably kick a pirate's butt without any trouble at all!

Ninjas look cooler in WoW than pirates, though Jonny Depp was a born Jack Sparrow! I'd say I would rather be a ninja than a pirate, better fighters.

Well, they are both sexy! I think the Ninja is probably in better shape though. Also cleaner & more dissaplened! The Pirate has the Bad boy image which is naughty!! I don't know, tough call! I'll just take them both!!=')

i like the ninja better.when i was growing up i use to dream as i was a black ninja.i guess thatss where i got the love of the color black from.anyhoo,i used to play ninja with my friend,and we had the real chinese stars and would make a dummy for the enemy.and would try to do them stunts they did and would throw them at the dummy.lol than they had the tv show on there of ninjas.that show was cool!did you all ever watch that ninja show back in the early 80's?thats cool.

Pirates, because their exploits exist in all cultures, and have existed throughout history. Ninjas are more limited geographically and culturally.
Plus pirates drink rum and chase women; ninjas just eat pizza, eh?

I think pirates, I think it's because they don't have any rules ( and Johnny Depp as Jack Sparrow didn't hurt their image)...Ninjas have lots of rules, and they aren't as developed in stories

pirates are awesome because they can do what ever. ninjas are da bomb cuz they have awesome moves and they talk funny! both are equal. you may continue to argue. LOL.
