First of all, take good notes and really pay attention in class so that you already have a good grasp of the concepts you will be tested on. If you don't understand something, ask.
Secondly, actually do the reading assigned. This will help you know where to locate info later.
When you actually start studying, make an outline for yourself of what basic concepts or groups of info will be on the test. You can go to your notes or books and fill in any important stuff or smaller things that you'll need to review.
Once you finish filling in your outline you should kinda know what relates to what, even if you don't know the specifics of everything. Now, you can just go down your outline and study things by heading. It really helps me to have a friend who is also in the class to study with. That way, if there is anything that you come across and really don't understand you can ask.

Well, instead of cramming for an exam or something, I study about thirty minutes per class a night. That's not including homework. It helps, because by the night before the actual test, I know all that I need to know and can just simply review the material and be ready for the test. It helps a tremendous amount as I am not up for hours upon hours trying to learn information the night before an exam.

Well the way I study is that I go over my notes that I take in class every day. I spent 30 minutes. And the day before the test go over the notes of the subject that you have the test on it'll help you. Believe me. You'll do better. I don't guarantee you that you'll get an A+ but you'll get a good grade. But the good way to study is to study in a quiet area like your room, and put a low music background. Hope it helps. ;-)

okay well i guess im not the best studyier ever. i believe in cramming. i just think that is the best way for me. i always get A's, a couple A+ when i cram. just have all your materials out and if you get an IM or phone call just say gotta go study sorry. im an auditory learner and kinestethic, so i like to have an older sib or parent go over it with me. i make a lot of outlines, that works best for me. whatever i do not fully get i will then call a friend or write it down and go to school early and get it answered. also at school ill study like if i have lunch or study hall before the test.

When your teacher goes over something in class, it usually means it'll be on the test. Write it down in your own words and leave space for when you read that section in your book, then write in the additional information. It really helps if you can explain what you do in class to a friend or one of your parents at the end of every week. If you can't explain it clearly for someone else to learn, you don't know the information well enough yourself. Go back and review those terms in your notes.

To get good grades on tests you should study your notes if you have any on that particular subject.
You should study for at least an hour and a half, and you should get a good night sleep and eat a good breakfast with some fruit.
Eggs or cereal are good.

i'm not the studying/cramming type usually but when i do i try to evaluate how comofrtable i am answering the question, it can take a long time or a short amount of time, try explaining things to yourself in your own words that way it's not as complicated to remember. Going through things multiple times this way helps me out a lot.

Remember, A+ is above average...not everyone is above average. Therefore, not everyone will earn above average.

Make mindmaps. Quiz yourself , and for every question you get
wrong , make a cut on your skin. The pain will help to reinforce the facts.
