To Surf The Web And Download Files From The Internet On Your PSP, You'll Need To Have The Latest PSP Firmware Update (1) And Go To The 'Internet Browser' From The PSP Home Menu Bar (far right bottom) And Find A Site That You Like..

To Download An Image, Have Your Cursor On The Link To The Image Or The Image Itself. Then, Press Triangle And Select The Option On The Far Left. Then, Click 'Save Target As'/'Save Image As', Then Save (unless you want to change the file name and/or the location of where to save), Then Save!

For Audio Files, Place Your Cursor On The Link To The File Or Click The File Itself. When You Have Your Cursor On It, Do The Same As Image (save target as), Or When You Click The Link, It Will Automatically Ask You If You Want To Save.
Same Goes For Videos..

Also, If You Are On An Official PlayStation Site And There's A Demo Download, Click The Link And Follow The Instructions.. Basically, You Accept Save, And Wait.

You Can Also Save Other Files That Will Not Play On The PSP, But They Will Be Saved To Your 'COMMON' Folder On Your Memory Stick, Unless Your Save It Elsewhere.

When It's Done Saving, You Will Have A Confirmation Screen, And You'll Just Need To Press Circle..

And Now The File Is Saved On Your Memory Stick!
