plz i need help with my bio homework. its liek the only thing im not geting about it.

well theres alot of material i can provide you with but i dont know what particular experiment you are designing as there are always different experiments within an experiment.
anyhow, i think this is an example of an experiment for photosynthesis and respiration and their pH levels.

well, you would have one plant that you wouldn't do anything to. then the next couple of plants you could vary the pH levels in the soil and see how much they grow compared with your control plant. you would have to make sure that all your plants (your experimental and control plants) get the same amount of sunlight and the same amount of water each day, so that you know that neither sunlight or water is affecting their growth.
