start off as a "C" student, have your daddy get you a cush military assignment, later have records doctored to show that you were actually at your cush assignment, do a lot of coke, become an alcoholic, have your daddy use his vice predisential credit to get you elected as governor, piss the state off so bad that they vote you out of Texas, oh, and the ability to make up new words, and you have to be 35
