Well I Guess The Proper Age Would Be Like 13 maybe. I Mean You Dont See 5 Year Olds At The Counter Asking For Comdoms Do You?? That Would Be Funny. But Theres No Age Limit.

There's no age restriction and you can find condoms practically anywhere!
Be wary of vending machine condoms though, they tend to be of poorere quality and might be expired.
Make sure you know how to use condoms correctly - if used correctly they're 99% effective!!

try finding out where you have a free clinic i am sure you could get free condoms from them

IS THERE REALLY AN AGE. YOU COULD ASK YOUR SCHOOL NURSE IF THERE'S AN AGE OR YOUR HEALTH TEACHER. YOU CAN EVEN BUY THEM IN REST ROOMS.
