confidence of seeing others struggle will show you that your not alone, and that the way to do things is by experience but also informed as may be the case by also seeing how others will try to achieve helping them selves, it isn't rocket science to do this but what is the booster part is that you involved and that creates better out comes from a single scenario better than a single thought with no buzz to it. the buzz comes from mixing up the chances of it becoming a programmable term to the user so that they can do it themselves by confiding in more knowledge to base their single objective to

Funny question! Really, all therapy (group or otherwise) should be called self-help because you're not going to get anywhere if you expect your other group members or your therapist to fix all of your problems for you.
