Every time I sit in front of my computer, I look for a pencil or a pen just spin around my thumb. The pens and pencils under my desk are increasing rapidly.
Could anyone help me?

I have tried to do that for years! How do you do it!
anyways: to stop Maybe try putting all your pens in the draw so that they are not out in the open taunting you : )
or try putting some kind of rough string around the top part (so that you can still write with the bottom) that way every time you spin it, your thumb itches
