Regardless of what anyone might tell you, most people are most against anything that affects them, personally, in a negative manner.
IF you hear someone tell you that they are against drugs more than anything else in the world, ask them if drugs have ever negatively affected them. Ask them about something that has seriously negatively affected them, and then ask to compare the two... I will almost guarantee they change their mind.
