okkk. so i have an assingnment about teebn homework problems. im totally stuck any body have advice

it depends on how long it is supposed to be. If it is five paragraph essay, you could make an outline first, with the roman numerals being
I. Why teens have homework problems
II. What the problems are
III. How the problems affect their grades
IV. How they can solve the problem
V. How solving the problem would effect their grades.
That is just one example of what you could do. Then elaborate by writing 3-5 sentences about each roman numeral

I am going to make a wild stab in the dark and assume you mean teen homework problems

1. poor working conditions at home
2. not understanding the assignment
3. not allowing enough time to complete the homework
4. Not having the material to work with in the home.
5. Distraction from other things to do
6. Social pressures against being seen to be bright
7. Not getting enough rest to be sharp
8. having a poor diet
9. problems relating to puberty
10. Not being motivated by parents or teachers.
