first go to route 134 you will notice a spot were you can dive so use dive then go all the way down until you see a wall with Braillele on it that will say to use dive (if you know how to read brail) when you use it you will submerge in a cave go to the wall straight ahead and you dig and a door will open in thee next part of the cave th wall that's straight ahead will tell you "wailord comes first,last comes relicanth" this basically means that wailord gos in front of your party and relicanth gos last you find relicanth in route 126 it is very rare so be pacient if it takes long and you get wailord by evolving wailmer in level 42 if you get them both go to the cave and put wailord in front of your party and relicanth last then read the wall that in the second room that's straight ahead and the floor will start to shake and you will hear three doors open regice is in route 105 when you go in side read the words and run four times around make sure that you are touching the wall and a door will open go in it and regice will be there registeel is in route 120 go in the cave read the word and use flash in the middle of the room and a door will open go in it and registeel will be their regirock is in the desert in route 111 I forgot how to open the door I hope this helps you out.

I found it on the internet like two years ago, but I got a new comp and lost the Favorites. It was crazy though. You had to go like all over getting stuff, and then you to read braille or something to get underground...
