i just asked a question on here about the baby dropping...and id say im deffinitly dropped....much needed relief on my ribs lol...im 31 weeks and ive already been to the hospital once for contractions without dialating...ive been having minor contractions for weeks now...based on exsperiances u think ill caryy to 40 weeks or go alittle early...how early?...i feel like ive been pregnant forever!

Braxton Hicks contractions usually start around 7 months. They are practice contractions. I know how you feel (like you've been pregnant forever), I've been 31 weeks pregnant 4 times (40+ weeks 3 times). Don't rush the baby, he or she is still forming and growing right now. Enjoy the next however many weeks you have to prepare and get lots of rest... Your life will never be the same again (in a good kind of way).

At 37 weeks your baby can survive outside the womb without help. As much as you feel you have been waiting forever you don't want baby to arrive before then. Anytime between 37 and 42 weeks is considered 'term'. I just hit 37 weeks now, I'm completely sick of being pregnant but figure I won't expect anything til about 41 weeks so I don't get disappointed and frustrated towards the end. Good luck.

Technically you still have about 9 weeks to go...so at anytime right?
Contractions are almost like your body is practicing or exercising for the true labor. Sometimes these contractions can be exhausting....but very good for you in the long run!!

yes i would talk to your doc i did not drop until at least 37 weeks with all three of mine but every woman and every baby is different so go talk to your doc
