It has been 5 months since I had my daughter. My period came back at three months, I had another 28 days later as usual, it was always regular like that before. But this month it's been 35 days and still nothing...no cramps...nothing. I'm still breastfeeding. I don't think i'm pregnant because I don't have any other symptoms, but then I didn't have any when I had my daughter. We are married and don't use protection...hmmm what do you think?

Ahhh the lovly life of post pardum bleeding. Fun isn't it. I know that it can take upto a year to go back to normal, thats why they suggest waiting a year before getting pregnant. The fact that you are breastfeeding can also throw off your peroid. My son is 4 months old and im having wacky bleeding too. There is a web site that i go to with other moms with babies the same age, and with a breastfeeding forum and other helpful forums to help too. I will leave the link for you

If your cycle went back to clockwork as soon as your periods started again, then there is a good chance you are pregnant. My cycle has always been bang on every 28 days. My periods started again about 3 months after having my daughter. Once they started, they were exactly every 28 days again until one month when it was a week late and guess what? I was pregnant!

There may be a good chance you are pregnant again.

But if you have been under a great deal of stress lately that can offset your menstrual cycle. This is not uncommon in women, most will have it happen at least once in their life.

It could be normal, your body needs to get back into the routine perhaps?

Maybe you should take a pregnancy test!
