I was told that I had a tilted uterus. My doctor told me it might be difficult to concieve because it makes for a longer journy for the sperm. My best friend also has a tilted uterus and her doctor told her the same thing. The first time she had sex unprotected she got pregnant. I also know of people with the same problem who didnt find it difficult at all to conceive. Some even concieved on birth control. I was told that if you do have a tiilted uterus and you want to concieve you should have sex on your hands and knees. Also, stay in the possition for about 10 min. to let the sperm pool at your cervix.
