im 22 male,when im exposed to hard situations i feel vibrations in my face i dont know way..
u know instead im living a good life,good education everything is ok i feel these feelings.
It was horrible at first but its better now but this makes me mad about my self,after the situation is away i blame my self First it was making me a very bad deppression but now i can manage this ,but i wanna get rid of it at all......
when i see any one acting this way i feel pitty at him and i dont wanna any one feel it at me,
regarding this i am a good succesful person having good relations so tell me

if you wanna get over that feeling try meeting alot of people. volunteer at charities, coach a little league, donate blood and put yourself out there. if you exercise it enough it'll go away.
