what is the best type of bleaching cream for the face?

i have a light birthmark on my forhead and i'm trying to lighten it up.

its called "jolen", but bleaching cream lightens facial hair and not blemishes...

i dunno but they sell some at wal mart for 6 bucks and it worked on my mom's sun spots on her hands...its in a white little jar with blue and green label...
