DO NOT microwave it. That can destroy some of the good properties of the milk and also cause hot spots that can scald baby.
Instead, heat up some water in a coffee cup and float the bottle in that until the milk is warm.
The link below has great info on storage and handling of breastmilk. Print out the chart and put it on your fridge door.

Do not put the milk in the microwave! You can heat water up in the microwave and then put the bottle in it to heat the milk up or use hot tap water. Either way, just as you would do with formula, make sure you shake it up good and test for the right temp.
Also I don't know if you are planning to use the bottle because you think it will be easier, but the easiest thing to do is tuck the baby in the bed with you and just nurse him/her at feeding times during the night. Or you could put the crib right next to your bed so you can just reach in and get the baby and then put him/her back after nursing. Good Luck and God Bless! P~

I pump my milk too and store them in the milk storage bags I find it easier to heat up the water in the microwave like everyone suggests, but instead of putting the whole bottle in there to get warm, I dip the milk storage bag into the hot water and it only takes about 30 seconds to get warm and then I pour the milk into the bottle. This keeps the bottle from being wet and messy and you can feel how warm the milk is easier through the plastic of the milk storage bag than through the bottle. REMEMBER to freeze the milk that you don't use after 3 days AND wipe your nipple and areola before you pump with a warm wash cloth to keep bacteria from getting in your milk.

Do not microwave breast milk, it changes the make up of it. Instead, place the bottle in a cup of hot tap water and let the water run until the milk is warm to the touch. You may have to experiment a bit with how warm your baby will drink it. I had 2 daycare children who I fed expressed breast milk to when I cared for them who both liked their milk right out of the frig. Most like it room temperature or slightly warmer. Breast milk can be stored at room temperature for 4-8 hours, so if you plan to use it sooner than 8 hours after you pump, just leave it out and it will be room temperature and you won't have to worry about warming it up.

Get the tap water really hot and run the bottle under the hot water for a little shaking it. It doesnt take very long. I pumped and thats how I warmed breast milk. It works better than boiling water and is much safer than microwave. They also have milk warmers you can buy at the store but I heard those take forever.

Put it in a bottle and then place it in a cup of very warm water for about 2-3 minutes. That should warm it up and not burn your babies mouth. I wouldn't heat it in the microwave, as there could be pockets of milk that will be too hot for your baby.

Microwave water in a cup big enough for the bottle to fit in. Microwave the water ONLY, for about 1 1/2 minutes. Then place the bottle inside the water and let sit for about 2 minutes. then it sould be warm, but check it on your wrist first. If you put it straight into the microwave, It may create hotspots which wont reveal on your wrist. Its dangerous that way!! MMMMMK?

DO NOT MICROWAVE IT
microwaving breast milk zaps all of the nutrients and antibodies out of it
and then its just a filler
you can heat it on the stove
or if your tap water gets hot enough
you can run hot water over it
takes awhile but dont ruin it

Boiling water - microwaving it takes out the nutrients in your breast milk. You can also put it under your faucet and run warmish hot water on it until it is warm.
