Hello everyone! I am a student doing a Diploma in Business Management and have to do an assignment report based on a company that does not relate to my job(which i don't work yet). The information i need from a company are: - Key Performance Indicators(KPI's), Problems(what problems are and what can be improved), Appraisals and policies and procedures. All this must relate to the company. All information given shall be kept private.
P.S. Could also include a bit of background history if you could please, it is important. Any examples or websites would also be appreciated. I am from Australia, thankyou for helping in advance.

Go to a local cigaret manufacturer and interview their Investor Relations department.
You'll get some good stuff for your report. Do some advance research.
