It would be helpful if you posted what you're tired of eating, so we wouldn't reply with something you don't like or have got tired of.
I'm eating mac & cheese. My wife makes a great mac & cheese.
The pecans are being harvested. Make some fresh pecan pie, or some pumpkin pie or cake. Or pumpkin soup! Or squash soup.
My wife could give you much better counsel. She grew up in a fine hotel, got trained in European cuisine. Maybe you should look at some cooking sites, like Emeril's.

Gnocchi, green beans as a salad. Chicken, or a tin of tuna w/ lemon and dill as main course. Hot soup if it's cold where you are-vegetable, to begin things. Lots of water to drink. And easy w/ the whole grain bread and cheese along side.

There are good websites that help you plan meals with the ingredients you have in your fridge. You just type in what you have handy and they give you suggestions based on that. Here are some sites I've heard of:
www.allrecipes.com (go to ingredient search)
www.epicurious.com
I hope this helps.
