Do you admire that? Or does it just make you feel inferior?

YES!

Woohoo, i can finally rant about this and not feel the slightest bit bad.

Ok, so i was writing this essay for philosophy. It was around 3 in the morning, i was exhausted but suddenly i just started typing. And i realized that i was writing something incredible, truly worthy of mention. So i hand it in on cloud nine. AND THEN... I realized that my idea was really the idea of David Hume and Immanuel Kant. Two of the greatest philosophers of all time. I WAS SO UPSET. Not at them, i admire them for their intellect. I was so upset with myself because i was on cloud nine and then all of a sudden BAM! I came crashing down to earth.

It made me feel so low because i thought that for once in my life i had come up with something so much greater than... anything.

Ahh, i don't think i'll ever get over that feeling.

But in regards to other things, i don't mind it when people have better ideas than me. It actually comforts me to know that they're capable of true thought and originality. And yes, sometimes i feel inferior. But all for one and one for all right?

Yes, there is this friend of mine who always seems to have brilliant ideas. I consider him a natural genius and admire him a lot. Although I do feel inferior at times, he's not the type to rub it in my face.

Hm... occasionally... I get a little frustrated at not being able to think that and it makes me feel dumb... yeah, I shouldn't get little things like that get to me... I just deal with it... we're all different people with different thought processes so... :-)
