using the numbers 9,5,5,and 1 in any mathimatical equation but only in three steps how can you end up with 24 as a total sum? you can only use each of the four numbers one time.

(1+5)×(9-5) = 24

9 - 5 = 4
5 + 1 = 6
4 * 6 = 24
