Not to bash either of them but they both have had some faults.
When is the last time you saw Brit and Kev together and out with their kids? It's been a while for me. You always see Brit, alone, with one kid, now two. Brit is the one who seems to have been there for those kids more than Kev. May the one who is proven to been a better caregiver be awarded custody. I just don't see Kev as being the chosen one.

Yes Britney will. She is financially stable and has the love of a mother to take care of them and she has family that will help her if she ever struggles. Kevin won't he has two children with Shar Jackson he never fort for of them but wants custody of Britney's? From that you know he wants her money and how can he look after the two boys when he don't really work properly?

Britney will probably get physical custody with Kevin and her having joint custody. Courts usually give physical custody to the mother unless they find her to be unfit. Sad for the kids that these two cant find a middle ground for the kids sake. Good thing their too young right now to understand.

Britney. I know everyone says that divorce is very sad especially for the children, but I think those two boys are better off without their father, because what would they learn from him? Hopefully one day Britney will find a good man who will make a good role model for her sons.

Britney! Kev seems like a bit of trailor trash to me! I think he caused Brit to let herself go- She's looked rough as a badger's **** ever since they've been together and now she seems to have seen the lights go on and is pulling herself together, even 2 months after giving birth!!

Britney should, although i don't trust her to handle such young children. she might explode at them if they misbehave. (just look at how she got alexis off zoey 101, she exploded and always got her way in things, i bet she can do the same with her own kids!) but in comparison, i think brit should. she's at the very least better than kev.
