Obviously no one is answering the question.
I assume that in every state you would have to check with the Secretary of State's office for the procedures to become a candidate. I'm originally from Missouri, and in that state I know that you'd have to file your paperwork and pay a certain flat fee at the S.O.S.'s office during the filing period. So, of course, you'll have to know, first of all, when the filing period commences and ends. Again, this info would be available with the office of Secretary of State in your state.
