Why are you engaged to someone that you are either afraid to ask if she's ever had any kids, or you don't believe her when she says no? Sounds like a bad idea.

First, I would ask her. Trying to find out by little tricks is just silly. But, then again it's your fiancee so do what you will. To answer your question...yes and no.....
If she had the baby and had an episotomy she may still have a scar on her perinium [the skin between the vagina and the anus].
Depends on how long ago it was many times it takes months to a year or more for the skin on the abs to tighten back up. If it feels soft but unlike any other body parts that have fat [I am just saying] it is a possibility. Stretch marks are another possibility but, those can be just from growing up.
Other than that there really isn't anything You can see after the baby has gone and it is six weeks.
So, um good luck I guess.

I would hope that if you had a question like that you would ask her. If you don't think that she would give you an honest answer don't marry her. Any issues you may have now will only get worse when you get married. If a couple cannot start out with trust they are doomed. If either she keeps secrets or you just cannot trust anyone this marriage is doomed to failure if you do not work these issues out first. Regardless of whether or not she has had a baby!

If you saw me out without my kids, even if you saw me naked and up close and personal, you would have no idea I ever had children. The only thing you can do is ask. If you can't trust her about something this important, the person saying she shouldn't be your fiancee was right. Sorry.

Some women blow up like a balloon - is she fat? Stretch marks? Other women don't have any signs (lucky) and loose all the weight and don't get stretch marks. Hard to tell. If you love her and shes your fiancee it shouldn't matter anyway.

well, you should try asking her first, but if that dosent work, you can always keep an eye out for stretch marks around her belly, or breasts, alot of women who have a child get them, but, keep in mind, justr because you have stretch marks dosent mean you have had a baby, some women just grow , or loose weight on there body that can cause that to.good luck!!

The would not be any physical signs, you could see [except if she had a Cesarean], only a doctors physical can tell. Yes a gynecologist can tell if a women has given birth.

Ask her. If you can't trust her maybe she shouldn't be your fiancee. Good luck.

You could always try asking her. Sort of sounds like something she'd tell you if she wanted you to know. So, on one hand, I completely think that it's up to her to tell you something like that or not....on the other hand, you have every right to want to be with someone who shares everything with you and I'd feel pretty slighted if my partner didn't share something that important with me.
