Does anyone have the technical support phone number?

for xbox??
or
does anyone where my start up screen is? (launch menu, launch DVD etc..) It comes up as a green screen now w/ "settings" "Music" "video" etc. And I can't get out of that screen. What do I do?

Sounds to me like your XBox is not reading your disks.

Is your disk really scrathched up? or how old is your xbox? The way to get rid of the problem, is the way i always do it, unplug the xbox and plug it back in, you'll have to reset the time though.
