I always get in an argument with my 17 yr old sister and she wants me to move out of the house so she could have my room. I'm 25 and I really want to move out, but I can't afford getting my own apartment. I live in the bay area and it's really expensive to rent an apartment. I don't want to get a room mate either. What should I do?

Be a man and cut loose. Who said you need to live in the bay? There's a big world out there! You'll grow up faster. :o)

At 25 you should be on your own. It's scary out there but it gets scarier if you don't start somewhere. Every thousand mile journey starts with one step.

Until you are ready to move out, or your parents ask you to leave, tell her to mind her own business. You have as much right at this point as she does to be in your parents home.

Ignore her, one of you two has to be the adult. So, you can either be the adult or let yourself be victimized by your little sister.
