hey there i just replace the spud washer and the tank bolts and washers in my tolet but after its all back together i hear water running what can it be?

Either you messed up the flapper or the float is out of adjustment

best thing to do is first check the chain make sure its not catching on flapper
then allow to fill up see if going over flush valve into tube if so then fill valve needs adjusting or replaced if not either one of these then flapper is bad if water not filling up over flush valve
then it has to be leaking out flapper replace flapper

It's spelled TOILET! Check your float! There are various types of toilet fill systems..some are floatless...most have a screw to adjust them...if they are worn or corroded replace it..they are around 10 bucks. Make sure your flapper is in good condition or not binding up.

The floater may need replaced or needs to be jiggled to stop the water from running
