Here's your fraction:
6 5/20

You should probably reduce the fraction to its lowest terms first, so 6 5/20 is the same as:
6 1/4

If you divide 1/4 on your calculator, or using long division, you get 0.25.

So your final answer is 6.25

You can also convert it to an improper fraction and do it that way:
Numerator = Denominator * 6 + 1 = 4 * 6 + 1 = 25
Denominator = 4

25/4 --> long division
= 6.25

Finally, one last way is to put it as a number over a power of 10 (10, 100, 1000, etc.)

Start with 25/4. If you multiply top and bottom by 25 you get:
625/100. Just move the decimal place 2 spaces to the left --> 6.25

do you mean lik 6 5/20 its decimal is simple how many times does the denominator go into 100 (5) times the numerator by that amount (5*5 ) is 25 put the decimal infront of the 2 since the numerator is smaller than its denominator and add in your six thus its 6.25

You mean 6 5/20? I would think that would be 6.25 but I could be wrong.
