I wear underwear which fits me well. It's not too loose, but in the back by my butt it's WAY saggy. It always get bunched up and such.
I've tried numerous types, and this always happens. What can I do?
Commando - Not an option. It feels weird.
I'm a GUY, so no girly stuff.
And I don't go underwear shopping for myself, since I"m only in Jr. High and that'd be weird. Anything I can do to 'fix' my current ones. I won't ask my mum about this sorta stuff, its weird.

if you don't shop for underwear and you don't like asking your mom, where do you get underwear from? maybe boxers can be an alternative or something. ask your mom, i'm sure she won't tell everyone. and come on people, he's talking about his saggy underwear, not a saggy butt. gosh. :)

Why your obsessing about your butt, I can not understand.
However, their are several exercises you can do to firm it up and make it fit your underwear better.

try using suspenders, wait that will get you a beating. wait till puberty and your muscles will grow back there, if not, tightened your pants. boxer briefs all the way.
