Gavin DeGraw, but he's not as good with his guitar
Jason Mraz, but his voice is really pure and clear, where John's is a little bluesier
Teddy Geiger, poor guy has pathetic management who's molding him as a "teen idol" but his music holds up well. Not as talented -- yet -- as John Mayer, but he's still a teenager.

Alot of people even radio station says Teddy Guiger ( can't spell his last name sorry!!) says his song is so similar to john mayer!! Luv his song Daughter and Mother!!!!

She's somewhat acoustic and folkish yet with somewhat deep and critical lyrics and this manner of super voice!!!

uhh well here is what i think:
howie day- his vocals are like john mayer's and his music is easy to listen to. try "collide"
bush- they are sorta like john mayer. try 'glycerine' and 'comedown'
uhh augustana. listen to 'boston'
and thats all i can think of right now.lol.

i find that question to be scary, but why don't you give jack johnson a try. i think it was his second album that was pretty good.
