should i stop being a prep?

PREPS-do you like being a prep or do you sometimes want to destroy that preppy reputation and start over from scratch? do you ever feel that being a prep is wrong?
NON-PREPS- do you think all preps r stuck up? Are u friends w/ preps but rnt a prep yourself? do u hate preps? should i stop being 1?

well to me, being a prep or anything else for that matter is living with a label and making yourself something your not, thats why i consider myself not to have a label..

but thats just my opinion

Some preps are stuck up, but a prep is not a person. I'll rephrase: the girls at my school wear preppy clothes, and some of those girls are stuck up. If you don't want to be a 'prep', then just stop labeling yourself, hon. Leave the labels at the grocery store, and just be you.

k. well It depends on how u look at the definition of a prep. Prep-haters think preps are stuck-up know-it-alls. But maybe they r just jealous. But the real definition of a prep......look it up........is a girl that dresses nice, not casual, nice and gets good grades. If u wanna be like that then be my guest. It is totaly not a bad thing. but if u r worried enough to post a question like this, and u think that most people do not like preps, then it is fine not to be one. if your in midsection college certainly everyone seems to be only being dumb. human beings used to tell me i looked like a barbie (in a competent way nonetheless) and im constructive human beings reported i replaced right into a prep too yet i only didnt care. I placed on what manufacturers i purchase, im no longer likely to alter that for human beings so i dont think of you are able to the two. in line with probability its your attitude, ask them why they call you a prep, in line with probability they think of you're only too girly. Im in highschool and that i havent heard somebody stated as a prep for an prolonged time now and its no longer constantly a foul element. i'd quite be stated as a prep than a gothic individual. only dont permit it hassle you as much because it does, it would definitley bypass away

If by prep, you mean abercrombie obsessed people who talk very loudly in class and demand attention, then... I'm definitely not one.

I don't think of them as stuck up, but as people who feel like they really don't truly fit in. It seems like they try too hard and ask for too much attention. This might not be true, but that's how they rub off as being. I was friends with preps, but then realized how overrated the whole thing was. No, I don't hate preps. You should only stop being one if you don't feel comfortable, and if you feel like you can't be yourself.

I'm a prep and i'm not gonna lie, i like it. But recently I have kinda thought, what would it be like not to care at all? to be a stoner? I don't know, but my advice is to stay a prep until your absolutely sure you don't want to be one anymore. Remember you could lose friends for your choice. I lost friends when i became a prep.

As a "prep" myself, I can tell you that it really doesn't matter in the scheme of life. As long as you aren't stuck up and treat people with respect, it shouldn't matter.
Get a sense of yourself, then decide what you want to be.

i personally dont like labels, just because if someones a "prep" that doesn't mean they are stuck up and mean. you can be what you want to be and still be freinds with "preps" or anyone else
