I think that President Bush should declare Martial Law. Does anyone agree with me.

If you mean in Iraq maybe yes, but it would take more men to do so. For those who take a globalapproach to the problem in Iraq, a democrtic Iraq is the only long term answr to the middle east. It is hoped that that would spread to Iran and Syria (many of their residents would love democracy) The fact is Democracies do not usually foster terrorists.

Do you even know what martial law is? You wouldn't even be able to shop or visit friends and some General would be running the streets without you having any rights. Every time a hurricane came close to my home in Myrtle Beach SC, we were put under martial law. It was necessary to protect our homes but it isn't fun.

Oh dear. What a dumb question. When is any war "needed"? You obviously have no understanding of the horror and suffering and inhumanity of war. Sometimes War is the only option - but that was not the case with this War. But Wars are never "needed". I'm pretty disgusted by your attitude.
