it depends on how much power is in the petal, if you only have 60 or 80 you do it all the time, but if you have 200 to 500 you will rarely do it ..

No, other than the safety issue, it is not a practical method of driving. According to the U.S. Department of Energy observing the speed limit may save between 5-33% in gasoline savings.
For those that practice it, I would not expect there to be complaints on the high price of gasoline.
