How do I connect the 2 wire when only one screw is avaible. Put in a tail and mar the 3 blacks or remove the red and just mar it???

Yes Harry you are correct tie all 3 blacks together and make a Pigtail and hook it back up to your outlet, make sure you hook your neutral and Ground up, Leave the red wire alone that is controled by a switch.

BE CAREFUL!!!
You either have a half switch (half of outlet operated by a wall switch or a split wire duplex (two seperate legs from panel box.
Without looking at it and determining which I can not tell what you have. Definatley do not start making splices until you know which you have.

are you talking about a duplex recptacle if its 3 wire then its 220 explain a little better to get
better idea of what your trying to do.

One black goes to the brass colored screw the white goes to the silver colored screw. do not mess with the red
