Anything containing cow's milk: cheese, ice cream, yogourt, etc.. I have an allergy to milk protein, and I struggle with this on a daily basis, since I'm not supposed to eat it, yet I crave for it more than any other type of food! Yes, it is very hard to give up; all those mozzarella laden pizzas (you should see the funny looks I get when I order mine without cheese :-p ), the double ice cream cones...sigh... Soy products really aren't the same.
Why is it that we mostly want what we can't have?
