i think -- he is dead. McCarthy. if he were alive i would immediately send him an e-mail plus fax to follow you and your thinking. are you sure you live in north America? I think you just want reactions you are not looking for answers. the answer is --if you have two cows --under communism -- they would take the two cows and shoot you. that is not all -- then they would send the cost of the bullet to your family so that they can pay. that is a short description of communism. while in capitalism -- if you had 2 cows -- sure they would take one cow (taxes and government subsidies and bureaucrats etc) then they would let you milk the second cow -- provided you share the milk with whomever is in power. hope you get it all and it helps you to switch sides before McCarthy turns over in his grave. i rest my case.

No, for Communism is an emotional ideology which denies the reality of human existance. Reason and logic, as well as practical experience, demonstrate that capitalism is the most successful ideology in bringing the most freedom and improvement to the most people. It may not be emotionally satisfying to those who value "equality" and "egalitarianism" over "freedom" and "opportunity", but it works. It is not that people are "corrupt", it is just that most want to be free to do their own thing, keep what they earn, and generally be left alone by those elitists who feel so compelled to tell us how to live. That is not corruption ---it is freedom. To use the power of the State to impose "equality" and "fairness" is tyranny.

Many third world countries have used this system to improve their economic structure and the social welfare of their citizens in comparison with the west prime example being China 100% and India 40%[Socialist Policies during Mrs.Gandhi's regime]and Cuba 100%.But these countries began to ease on the strict system as soon as they developed up to certain extent, ultimately I think they will revert to free market system.because it is very difficult to keep every body under surveillance all the time due to corrupt human nature.Brazil,Venezuela and some other countries of south America are trying this system now and they will do the same thing after say 20 years Revert to free market.

I have always thought that the THEORY sounds good and even harmless. However, based on everything we know about true life communism...it is an awful idea. Since the idea is to create a classless society...somebody has to be there dictating who does what and who gets what to keep everything fair. This leads to a very small group of people making the decisions for a large mass of population, with virtually no system of checks and balances. This eventually leads to a single class that suffers from deprivation while those who make the decisions live happily in wealth.

The idea of a commune was great, but only if only like minded people live in it. Not all people are corrupt.

Communism isn't a political ideology at all, never was, it's an economic system. Stalinism was the political system.

NO! God no!!!! that is why my Grandparents/Parents immigrated to America and fought in the US Armed Forces during WWII -- so that they would NEVER have to live under such a brutal and repressive form of Political Control.

No. If it was the best, it would work. Under that test, Socialism and Capitalism become better ideologies and social models.
