There's nothing wrong with you. Be glad you haven't got your period yet. Growing up is not fun at all, you get grouchier and things get more complicated. So enjoy this time while you have it a little longer and don't stress over it. You are normal and get to be free a lil longer!

Firstly there is nothing wrong with you.
We are all different and our bodies mature at a different rate. Be patient it will come when the time is right believe me. A period does not make you an adult you become an adult when your mind matures. Enjoy your life and be happy and it will all fall into place if you stress to much about it you could stop it from happening as stress can cause your body so many problems. So try to relax and let nature take it's course.

Oh I can understand why you're upset. I got along great with my sister, and she was SO much younger this couldn't have happened. But my friends weren't all so lucky and something like a younger sister getting her period first would've cut deep.
We are all different, and it sounds like you may have inherited a different body type than your sister. In the end, it's healthier to get it later. Women today are older when they have their first children... the older you are when you begin to menstruate the better the quality of your first pregnancies, in theory.
Focus on what is good, and not the upsetting things you can't change. That which you give attention to grows, that which you ignore diminishes. You're entitled to be a bit disappointed, and I sympathize, but when you're done feeling bad, get back to real life and do something with it. I'm sure you have many gifts and skills, and there are many things you can do to make yourself happy. :-)

There's nothing wrong with you, all girls are different and anywhere between 11 and 17 is normal for a first period. You'll probably catch up all of a sudden but please don't look forward to complaining about period pain, you're probably going to have plenty of time to " enjoy" it so make the most of this time.

DONT WORRY i got my period when i was 14 its completley normal dont worry about it! im 14 now so i just started. its completley normal and hey, this is how i think a bout it. your boobs keep growing before you have your period. i was an A too and i felt so small and people called me flat chested and it really hurt. i pretty sure i was the last person in my like grade to get mine. right beofer i got my period i shot up to a B vup in like a month. and they grow a lot right beofere your period. and a lot right after. so the longer you wait the bigger youll be :) i felt really unincluded beofre i got mine and i thought there was somehting worong with me so i asked the doctor when i went ion for my physical for basketball and he let me know hte examinations that they would do, believe me DONT DO IT! I decided to wait until i got it and it was normal. so getting your period late is good in my opinion. and besides your peiod is a living hell its miserable after your first day! it gets so annoying! so dont worry its all good!

You are to thin for 13 yrs old. Being underweight or overweight can mess up your menstral cycle. But some people don't get their period until late teens. If you don't get it by 16 then have your Mom take you to a GYN for an exam. You aren't to young to get the HPV vaccine -- so discuss this with your Mom (best to get it before you become sexually active).
After a couple of years of tampons you'll wish you didn't have it! Smile and be patient.

don't rush it. Everybody is different your body may not be ready for the change. I was 15 when mine came and was flat chested till I got pregnant at 19. So I say just be patient and things will start falling in to place.

You are you, there's nothing wrong with that. And girlfriend, you may wanna start your period ASAP, but you're gonna have it the greater part of your life, and sometimes you'll wish you didn't!
Live and love life where and who you are. Starting to compare y'self with others now leads to worse things down the road!
