Oh the combinations are endless!

First off, if you want to take photos of deep space objects, such a galaxies, you'll need a fairly large telescope. Nothing smaller than an 8". If you just want to take photos of planets and star clusters then a smaller telescope will do.

You will want it to be on a mount with tracking abilities. If the mount is a fork mount you will need to buy a wedge to do astrophotography. This will be the case with Meade's Schmidt Cassegrains and Celestron's older Schmidt Cassegrains.

The camera must be bought seperatly. You can use a 35mm camera as long as the lens is removable and you can buy an attachment for it to use on the telescope. You can also buy a CCD camera which is a digital camera. The CCD's are generally better.

Companies for the telescope are: Meade, Celestron, Orion, Takahashi and Astro-Physics.

Some companies for the CCD camera are: Meade (Deep Sky Imager), Orion (Star Shoot), Nikon (Coolpix), and SBIG

Prices: Meade, Celestron and Orion have decent telescopes starting at $400 and getting up into the thousands of dollars range. Takahashi and Astro-Physics start off high and get higher.
