Since you say you want to be giving to those in need why don't you try volunteering in several different places to see if you like it. Or try shadowing some of the career choices you have thought about. Just make sure you enjoy it and can stick with it. Good Luck

The truth is, the vast majority of people - I believe the figure is around 50% - switch careers at some point down the road, even after spending several years and tens, or even hundreds, of thousands of dollars, earning degrees in a completely different discipline. You really can't do any wrong careerwise, think of what interests you and try for that, if it doesn't pan out, find something that you don't completely loathe and give it your best, you may just find out you have a gift or skill you never knew you had. At the very least you'll make a few bucks :)

Well, lets start to narrow it down a bit into what kinds of things interest you, realistically. So, break it down... Who knows, you might like doing computer work like me. Back in the early 90s, this wasnt even in the plan back then, and here I am doing it.

I was in a band in HS, and towards the end of my Junior year, things werent working out, so I reverted to plan B, which was to join the Marines, and after my 4 years in there shooting guns and having some fun thinking about what I wanted to do, I realized I wanted to get into computers. So, here I am.

My only real BIG suggestion to you is to NOT get married or have any super serious relationship until after you have a career going. As a relationship will take a toll on your career.

Don't put pressure on yourself to find the right career right off of the bat. Most people will go through 3 to 4 careers (not jobs!) Before they find one that they really enjoy.

Try volunteer work or 'shadowing' someone in a career that you are interested in. You will gain experience and knowledge in the field, plus you can get a feel of what your job would be like.

You should try lots of different things. There is nothing wrong with trying something for a few years and changing your mind. The more you learn the more capacity you have for learning. I am sure there are many things you could do and enjoy very much. Something else to think about is what you wan from life. Your family may be very important and so your job and working hours should reflect this. Good luck.

How are you able to say Kobe is overated. Okay I'm a Laker fan seeing that eighty three. I imply the fellow has performed effective stuff in his profession. So did Micheal Jordan and Dr. J. I suppose Kobe goes to a primary ballet Hall of Famer whilst he retires. And so what if persons speak approximately Kobe always. I suppose I could nonetheless like Kobe if he was once on an extra group. The man is effective. The handiest persons that is hating on Kobe is considering that he is not at the group they prefer. I used to hate Jordan. But even I swallowed my delight and stated that he was once superb. I suppose Lebron and Wade is cool too. But I nonetheless desire Lakers to whip their *** once they play in opposition to them. Kobe scored eighty one in a sport. And don't forget whilst he was once accused of rape. That man performed as despite the fact that persons could say he was once responsible. If Lakers did not win despite the fact that on the finish they misplaced to Detroit within the Finals. He made plenty of Amazing photographs. If something Kobe will get even bigger despite the fact that he is aging. The man is shrewd. Hell Shaq was once cool. I desire he did not depart the Lakers. I nonetheless like Shaq. I could BS announcing I hate a participant for an extra group and say he sucks. But at the back of my brain I recognise that man can play. Come on persons quit the dislike.
