i love my friend so much but whenever im by her i feel like we have nothing to talk about so i just barely even talk but when im by other people who are not even as close to me like her i talk wayy more

Hmmm. This is really a tough one because when you really are someone's friend you are somewhat close to them and usually don't have a problem opening up to them. Are you afraid of what she'll think of you if you really say what's on your mind? If so, maybe you're not as close to this person as you want to believe.
I know you have the answer to this deep down inside you. Just do a little searching and you'll find it. Good luck.
