All the sides are up for grabs: candied yams, broccoli casserole, mashed potatoes, vegetarian stuffing, cranberries - not to mention the desserts.

I agree with Tara, but don't forget the green salad.
Since tofu is out, I don't know what else to tell you except quit being a vegetarian. There are more choices when you can eat meat

Salads, vegetarian sausages/burgers, and potato bake are just some things you can do easily. Textured Vegetable Protein (TVP), Seitan, Tempah, Tofu, Tahini, Nut butters, and Edamame, are all ingredients that you can use, many derived from soy, are useful ingredients if you want to make something more complicated like lasagna.

Just don't eat the meat...there's lots of stuff. You don't have to eat meat substitutes. Why bother being a vegetarian if you want to eat meat flavored substitutes?
