There is no world war, as there are no two rival blocks of states willing to declare all out war on each other. We are all quite well off, and have too much to lose.
Also, we respect other nations' decisions, and do not feel a need to invade them for every thing they do different. Iraq and Afganistan may be two new pro-West puppet states that have been set up, but as you have seen, there too, no neighbouring countries got involved deep enough to send in thousands of troops to fight off the Americans.
So: there is no World War Three in our life times.

I would think our troops would say they're fighting a war, even though their leaders are negligent from lack of back-up to medical aid when after the horrid trauma of witnessing friends being picked off, they get to come back.

I think it's fairly obvious that it has to most people who place more value on facts than rhetoric.
If you will accept a merely rhetorical response to that statement, I guess "Has not!" would be as good as anything you could hope for.

Has the Civil Defense come by to ration anything, yet? Just look to WWII and WWI, and you will see how it changed America's daily life. If there is a "WWIII" we will know it.

There isn't any such rhetoric....since 'rhetoric' is generally aimed at the brainwashed masses, who have no knowledge of 'underground' discussions.

Why counter it, it's true, and the fact that many people can't see it is going to cost us big time.
