Ok. I'm fourteen years old, live in Chicago, IL, in an area where there's little but some gang activity drug dealing, etc. So my question is how do I interact with the upper class, BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE! I want to make friends around MY OWN AGE, while also befriending their families. Not for money but just for the fun of upper class friends. So, are there any activities, clubs, jobs where I can work, join, while interacting, socializing with upper class teens? If you can hlep then I'm really gratefull, thanks.

Play golf, tennis or crew. Your likely to meet some well to do people there. Just find something you like to do, you'll meet people by getting involved. You may just be putting what you call "upper class" people on a pedestal. They are the same as you, with just more cash. Best thing you can do to become upper class rather than just befriending wealther people is to focus on your education and excel academically.

I want you to think of this,,,,
No one is better than you, just as you are no better than anyone else.
We are all equal, some may have more than others and that is a way of life.
I hurt in my heart when I hear the phrase "upper class" and "lower Class", It is sad.
I feel that if someone thinks they are better than me or of a "better class" than me then they live life in a material aspect and what they do not realize is they could wake up one day and have nothing.
So please, be yourself, do what makes you happy and believe me people will respect you more by doing so.

Hmm...you sound a little off there, dude....
I mean, specifically "upper class"?
What's wrong with everyone else if they're good people?
"Not for money" you said....again, Hmmmm.........C'mon.
How about wanting to interact with other kids not into drugs and gangs?

well, that questions is kind of hard to answer because i don't really know your neighborhood or anything. you should just act preppy...you know? don't dress like a gangster, don't walk around with your pants at your knees, cursing people out. act the the upper class people do in your school. meet some of them. try to make friends by talking to them. find out where they hang out, and what they do on friday nights. that sort of thing

well being one of them [not in IL. though, im in FL.] its no big deal at all. we are nothing special. and to tell you the truth, i hang out with all the losers wothout money. most "upper class" kids are completely snooty as well as their family towards average teens and such. but im different and i like being like every other average kid. yeah i get nice things, but i shop at an average place. XLR8....dont know if youve heard of it. but its a skate;fmx;mx;bmx kind of shop. nothing fancy. so just hang with the people you can be yourself around, it feels good. forget them pee-pole! :]

Study fine arts.... music (piano lessons), cricket, polo, wine tasting, ballroom dancing, etc.
Attend charity events or political events.
I am sure you'll rub elbows with the upper classes at these kinds of functions.
