I would really appreciate it if BROKERS answered this question only.... I do not want answers from people who sell leads....
I currently purchse leads from NexTag, and one or two other sources. Some are much better than others.
What lead sources have been the best overall for you? Thanks in advance.

Leads are getting more and more worth less. I am now embarking on a huge mailing campaign.

Purchasing leads is always a shot in the dark, in terms of the company you purchase from and the leads they give you. The best idea may be to evaluate which sources give you the best leads, invest more money with them, and see if you can generate more income from the additional leads.
Self-generating leads is probably the best idea, though, be it from online ads, property listings, networking, etc. That way you have more control over where the leads are coming from. I'm not sure of many brokers who have had really great experiences with leads bought from online sites.

this site is much more suited to take this question. brokeroutpost.com. Hey save up $500 and hire a telemarketer a dollar above min wage for 3 hours a day. 2-3 apps a week (must have soc for ap).
