It's a flaming nuisance, but I have the same problem with My Uncle Bill Burns and his wife odette and their son bernhard. Try to avoid a heated debate and get her to sort out her firenances. She may get hot under the collar or accuse you of fanning the flames but it's all a smokescreen as her bills are in the red.
