The lights will be fine. But you have to keep the tree hydrated. Don't let it dry out. Mist it with the lights off, but you need to water the pot as well. Give the leaves a break if you can and turn the lights off over night - during the day - when it's convenient for you.
The best way to kill a ficus is to have it in a draft. The second best way is to give the tree too many changes all at once: location, watering, near an outside door with a draft, etc. That's why you often see them with leaves falling all over the floor!

They are susceptible to drying so make sure the lights are indoor/outdoor lights so you can mist the foliage once a day. Water the soil as usual but mist leaves.
